Project Overview

Medicus Capital is serving as the developer/owner of a new $18 million state-of-the art digitally integrated medical office building (MOB) on Medicorp’s new hospital campus located in Stafford, Virginia.

The three-story, 60,000 square foot building will be the only MOB connected to the new hospital. The MOB will attach to the hospital via a covered walkway to the hospital’s first floor. In addition to physician office space, the MOB will house the hospital’s Cancer Center, which includes compreshesive cancer and radiation therapy. Additionally, the MOB will feature an outreach laboratory, diagnostic imaging, physical and occupational therapy and a timeshare suite available for physicians to lease space on a part time, shared basis.
