Project Overview

In order to take the pressure off of its existing operating rooms and to secure and maintain loyalty of key aligned physicians, North Bay Healthcare decided to build a 16,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center on the campus of VacaValley Hospital and joint venture with its surgeons in the operations of the facility. Medicus was responsible for completing the initial feasibility study, business plan, and master plan for the project. Medicus also developed, financed and owns the facility.
